CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% of the service fee for no show clients. Unfortunately this policy will be strictly enforced, even when calling and canceling through The Salon receptionist. Thank you!
